CARDAMOM
Cardamom Essential Oil is obtained by the steam distillation of cardamom seeds. Cardamom is commonly known as the queen of spices in the culinary world, but it also has a myriad of uses as an essential oil. It’s most common use is for calming and soothing, as well as for promoting clear airways.
What do you use Cardamom essential oil for and how?
I love diffusing Cardamom essential oil. The warm, fresh and calming aroma is great mixed with floral oils like Lavender, Geranium or Patchouli, as well as citrus oils such as Bergamot, Lime or Petitgrain.
I love adding it to salt or sugar body scrubs for its calming and soothing properties.
Cardamom essential can also aid in digestion and can be added to water to soothe an upset stomach.
How do you use Cardamom essential oil to enhance emotions?
Cardamom essential oil is known as the “Oil of Objectivity” as it aims to enhance mental clarity and balance during bouts of anger and frustration while allowing the individual to regain objectivity. Add a drop to the inside of your wrists, rub them together and inhale the invigorating fresh aroma.
