Uses of Console Comforting Blend
- Diffuse during times of loss for a comforting aroma and a time to focus on feelings of hope.
- Apply over the heart morning and night as a reminder to be patient with healing and to think positive thoughts.
- Apply one to two drops to a shirt collar or scarf and smell throughout the day for an emotionally uplifting aroma.
Directions for Use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil such as fractionated coconut oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
